storage, workflow and distribution of all
Equity and Economic research.
Job Description
This role is a managerial and strategic
role. The Senior Business Analyst is expected
to contribute to all aspects of Strategic
Business Analysis through to Tactical Business
Analysis, in addition to the management
and development of both Business Analysts
and Associate Business Analysts in the team.
The Senior Business Analyst would be expected
to conceptualise and propose new business
change programmes, business process changes
or system modifications. The Senior Business
Analyst acts as a catalyst for change by
influencing executive and senior management
and taking responsibility for the communications
between Business Sponsors, IT and other
key Stakeholders. The Senior Business Analyst
is viewed as a key resource in setting future
direction with business and divisional leaders.

metrics & measurements to an expert
level
• Ability to identify and manage risks
and issues to an expert level
• Understanding of project and process
methodologies to an expert level
• Ability to contribute to the knowledge
management of the Business Analysis team,
each project and the company
• Ability to manage and develop the
skill set of Business Analysts, within the
team and within the company
