Job Description
Our client works in partnership with large organisations
from both the public and private sector. In order
for them to achieve their growth strategy they
are looking to take on a number of senior HR
professionals into the practice. You will be
working with their blue-chip clients on large
HR transformation projects which last anything
from 3 months to 2 years.
Candidate Profile:
To succeed you will have substantial experience
of the following:
•
Minimum 5 years experience in human capital measurement
gained either in
a blue-chip organisation or a consultancy;
•
Significant experience of putting together of
strategic HR scorecards;
•
Significant experience of developing and implementing
a KPI
infrastructure to support the scorecard;
•
Strong knowledge of the latest thinking around
human capital measurement
and current developments in OFR thinking;
•
Sound and scientific HR benchmarking methodologies;
•
Operational experience with major enabling HRM
reporting applications.
Whilst you may have any of our client’s
UK offices as a base location, you must be fully
flexible in terms of assignment location, as
these roles may involve periods of time away
from home during the week at short notice.
