Job Description
Our client works in partnership with large organisations
from both the public and private sector. In order
for them to achieve their growth strategy they
are looking to take on a number of senior HR
professionals into the practice. You will be
working with their blue-chip clients on large
HR transformation projects which last anything
from 3 months to 2 years.
Candidate Profile:
To succeed you will have substantial experience
of the following:

You will have managed a number of projects to
develop, set up and implement an HR shared service
centre;
•
Putting together business cases for an HR shared
service centre;
•
Making the ‘make-buy’ decision around
a centre – i.e. in-house or outsource;
•
The CRM side of the call centre in terms of setting
up the right channels, volume forecasting and
routings based on value propositions;
•
Setting up shared service centres on a pan European
basis;
•
Putting together non-transactional centres such
as training, recruitment etc;
•
Developing and implementing scientific and sound
approaches to transactional analysis and costing;
•
Successfully managing the resistance of line
managers to shared service centres;
•
Managing HR shared service centre operational
teams;
•
Managing continuous process improvement teams;
•
Strong knowledge of the latest thinking in HR
service centres.
Whilst you may have any of our client’s
UK offices as a base location, you must be fully
flexible in terms of assignment location, as
these roles may involve periods of time away
from home during the week at short notice.
