Job Description
Our client works in partnership with large organisations
from both the public and private sector. In order
for them to achieve their growth strategy they
are looking to take on a number of senior HR
professionals into the practice. You will be
working with their blue-chip clients on large
HR transformation projects which last anything
from 3 months to 2 years
Candidate Profile:
To succeed you will have substantial experience
of the following:
• You will have a minimum of 5 years in
a talent management role either in
a large blue chip organisation or a consultancy
environment – (the attraction, development
and retention of high calibre personnel that
ensures the organisation has the right capabilities
at the right time) or
•
Minimum 5 years experience in developing an employer
brand;
•
Developing a talent management/employer branding
strategy followed by
its implementation in a large organisation;
•
Working with marketing and HR to create a employer
brand for the
organisation;
•
Developing and executing management succession
policies and practices,
including use of HR systems ;
•
Developing and executing leadership development
strategies and
programmes;
•
Developing processes to identify future star
performers;
•
Developing and executing retention strategies;
•
Strong knowledge of the latest thinking in employer
branding/talent
management.
Whilst you may have any of our client’s
UK offices as a base location, you must be fully
flexible in terms of assignment location, as
these roles may involve periods of time away
from home during the week at short notice.
