high calibre candidates with experience
in key business change areas. Individuals
wanting to apply must have:
• Education to Degree Level.
• Strong interpersonal skills - we
are looking for outgoing, energetic team
players!
• Experience working for a ‘leading
consultancy company’ or ‘blue
chip organisation’ - mid level candidates
to have demonstrated career progression
with previous employer(s).
• A proven track record of successfully
delivering change relating to any of the
following:
o Organisation Design – with experience
gained on transformation projects which
may include mergers and acquisitions, organisational
or corporate restructuring, culture design
etc.
o Change Management
o Communication & Stakeholder Management
o Training strategy, development & delivery
o ‘Large scale’ IT implementation
programmes in a business change role.
Whilst you may have any of our clients
UK offices as a base location, you must
be fully flexible in terms of assignment
location, as these roles may involve periods
of time away from home during the week at
short notice. The client offers an excellent
remuneration package to include flexible
