in the telecommunications, energy and financial
services space. It dominates this market. Company’s
on-going strategy is to establish itself as a
leading provider of out-source customer care
and billing services to incumbent providers.
Company seeks a key individual to spearhead this
drive.
Requirements:
Essential
* Senior sales person
*
Deep experience in outsourcing sales to Financial
Services clients:
- sale of multi-million pound (£10+ million),
multi-year contracts
- CRM and billing services
*
Blue chip background:
- Sold on behalf of ‘blue chip’ ,supplier
- training and experience in formal sales methodologies
(ie. Miller Heiman, Holden).
*
Existing network of senior executives within
decisions-making roles within ‘blue chip’ financial
services companies, and a demonstrable ability
to build and maintain relationships with C level
executives in this market
*
Demonstrable ability to innovate, and create
solutions to meet client’s strategic business
drivers
*
Demonstrable ability to sell premium priced services
in highly competitive markets
*
Technical capabilities:
- knowledge of CRM systems
- strong understanding of customer care and billing
systems
- strong out-sourcing experience
- strong knowledge of financial services space
